Waiting for refund indefinitely

Absolutely disgusted at the pathetic service with regards to refunding. My wife did a blood test 4 months ago and the results were inconclusive, we were advised that a refund will be due to us. To this day we have been given the run around about being under new management and that they can't process our refund. They also advised us that they will provide us with the previous owner's contact details in order to claim our refund. No sympathy from their part, seems like a total ****!
