Worst experience ever. Landlord has no way of dealing with people*been documented in the newspapers*.kids break in your vehicle/write vulgar this on your car and nothing is done about it. Harrasment from the maintenance staff made my wife feel very uncomfortable .arranged a moving out date with the offices but was chased out before agreed date.also don't expect to get your deposit back regardless of the condition you leave the place in.

the house is falling apart, the walls are cracking, the ceiling is leaking and the tiles are just bad quality. If you are looking for a house please don't consider this development. The tiles will start swelling in less than 6 years, and they will not even help you. I actually regret getting a house in Watergate. An RDP house is much better than this!!! This is in Mitchells Plain (Watergate Village)

Bought a house at Pioneer Valley. We're in this brand new house for 8 months. In this 8 months the geyser has been fixed 4 times. In a new home. Even now it's like there's a pavement being drilled on our roof every time someone brushes teeth. If you're looking at buying at Pioneer, pop in. Visit the old residents here and get reviews.

Hi, I've been trying to apply for a rental property for the past 6 weeks and have been following up regulary on the progress of my application. The experience along with assistance has been terrible from the Manager who goes by the name Cecil Manuel. Everytime I've followed up i would be told he is waiting on my application "to get back" to this day i would love to know what this means??? Everytime i call to find out what is happening he suffers from memory loss and does not recall who i am, with who i have applied or where my application is. I called in last week mid week and via the telephone he confirmed "all seems good" with my application and i should receive an email confirmation before the end of the week. On Tuesday i called again to check because i didnt receive an email and again he had no idea who i was or where my application or documents were at this point i felt he was taking me for a joke because just last week he told me something totally different and when i politely questioned him on this he got rude and spoke over me stating he has "other things to do such as banking and bills to pay he will get to my application when he does" to which i told him surely there has to be a time frame to the process? Ive submitted an application more than a month ago how is it possible that there is no feedback yet... He just reiterated i should just wait and doesnt care about what he told me last week! Later on in the day i received an email stating "unfortunately my application cannot be proceeded with, my application is incomplete"... After our altercation over the phone i knew he was going to do something like this... It just made perfect sense, i questioned him and he now needed to teach me a lesson! I am certain my application was complete because i even completed a manual one and provided the supporting documents via email to a lady in office by the name of Pumla. I honestly don't believe this is fair practice and wish the actual investors and managers sees this and does something about it I am not bitter, I've been patient and followed up even after the days they told me they would give me a call, mind you they dont keep to their word, i was the one following up every week.

Im one of the tenants at the Watergate Apartments in Mitchells plain. We'v been victimise by Cecil Emmanuel who is the complex manager. That man is so rude. I stay with my husband and my two Boys aged 8 & 3. We pay the rent on time each and every month. We had our misundesting with him. But know its getting out of hand the Kids are involved. Hê came to my house with 3 young girls, saying the other two girls has confessed that yes they didi damaged one of the tenants cars. The 3rd one denied and said that it was one of my Boys. We asked him which one cz we have 2 Boys the young lady replied "im not sure which one is it beween the two Boys" mind you she plays with my son's everyday in park. I told Cecil that hê must leave and get his facts right. Cecil said it was Milani my 8yr boy. I told him to take US to court because we not paying for something my son say hê did not do. And it did not end there. This week Cecil called telling me that "once again your son was seën walking around peoples cars throwing the shoes in the air. I asked him if is my son not allowed to play. Apparantely i sent my son to my friends house hê went with his two friends one friend was the one who was throwing the shoe in the air. I asked my son hê said it was his friend throwing the shoe and hê just saw the security taking a picture of him. Please help this is getting out of hand this is child abuse.

I have a very bad experience dealing the the flat manager of Watergate flats in Mitchell plain he have no way of speaking to the tenants its always his way or no way. There is a rule in Watergate that there are no sleep overs allowed. I had a visitor "sleepover" they knocked on my door at 12am and asked my visitor to leave and my visitor left, few days later the send a Notice of Disturbance letter stating that i should pay a penalty on R500 because my visitor refused to leave. I told them my visitor left that night I will only pay the penalty when they send me evidence that my visitor refused to leave, I did not get any proof from them yet they went ahead and deduct the R500 from my bank without my permission. I called the office this morning and I asked to speak to the managers or investors of New Age properties they refused to give them their details they told me to go ask the securities for the incident reports.
