Useless
The wost experience I have ever encountered. No unprofessional what so ever. I have send through more than 6 emails,12 phone calls and till today they never got back to me. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Avoid this "agency"

New Dawn Property Group most unprofessional!
Agents are unprofessional, they place ineligible tenants in your house, rent was never paid on time or short rent paid, agents are unreachable at most times, landline numbers always engaged, overall poor communication. Unable to reach agency to handover keys, poor post inspections performed. Poor escalation procedures in place. Mimi in particular handled the situation poorly, failing to communicate, declining phone calls and causing unnecessary delays. The one star rating is kind for the level of service received. Shouldn’t be in business!

New Dawn Property Group most unprofessional!
Agents are unprofessional, they place ineligible tenants in your house, rent was never paid on time or short rent paid, agents are unreachable at most times, landline numbers always engaged, overall poor communication. Unable to reach agency to handover keys, poor post inspections performed. Poor escalation procedures in place. Mimi in particular handled the situation poorly, failing to communicate, declining phone calls and causing unnecessary delays. The one star rating is kind for the level of service received. Shouldn’t be in business!

Poor Service and Refuse to pay refund
New Dawn Properties is a SCAM!!! of note. I had a mandate with them for one of my properties and after cancelling the mandate after a year and serving my notice due to poor service of my tenant they havent responded to my emails or calls for the transfer of the tenants deposit. This is a HUGE inconvenience because should the tenant move out, I would have to refund her from my personal account. Lucas and Mimi are very unprofessional and I will be taking legal action against the company. SCAM!!

Don't work with MIMI
If you're looking for a house to rent or buy definitely don't ask these guys, they don't bother to even get in contact with you, I tried to message Mimi twice about 2 different properties and she read my messages and ignored me, I would have understood had she said the property wasn't available but nothing at all then she had the nerve to email me with attitude saying she called when there's no call at all either from her number or any other number, bad service all round.

Don't work with MIMI

PATHETIC SERVICE!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
As per my Husbands post we have had no communication with these people. they keep avoiding us and we are still awaiting our deposit. they have told me i need to repaint the entire house which i only stayed in 6 months. when i moved in it was not painted. they could not even assist us with the ant problem we had. they are usless especially the agent MIMI. she could not be bothered to answer her phone or emails. she would only email when money is involved. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
