Pastor Garth - New Life Church

Pastor Garth is getting involved in a Domestic/Gender based violence case between Kevin Nunes and I. Kevin Nunes got arrested on 1 August 2024 because of how he chased me out of his home, swearing at me, strangling me, hitting me and trying to head butt me. I have witnesses in the complex that heard and saw all of this. Kevin Nunes also abuses children and animals too. Now because pastor Garth of this New Life Church wants to help Kevin Nunes, which he can, as Kevin Nunes has the right to legal representation and to state his case too. But what Pastor Garth fails to understand is that this has nothing to do with him or his Church or Veronique who is Kevin Nunes new Psychologist girlfriend who was also harassing me asking me to give my side of the story, when it has nothing to do with her either. So I now have to put restraining orders on Pastor Garth and Veronique for harassment. As the Judge of the High Court of Booysens said, that no one has the right to harass me and I can keep opening up new cases cos Kevin Nunes did not appear in Court on 5 August 2024. Pastor Garth went on saying that I am having psychotic breakdowns and that when Kevin Nunes opens a case against me, they are going to prove this and then Kevin Nunes will be free. Because Kevin Nunes didn't appear in Court on 5 August 2024, the case has been postponed to 29 August 2024 at 8:30.

Kevin Nunes and Pastor Garth are not listening to the Cops of the Booysens Police Station or the Honourable Judge of the Booysens High Court. So now on 12 August at 8:30 I now have to go to Court as Kevin Nunes wants the case he opened to be heard.

So when I go to the High Court on Monday I am going to ask the Gentleman who opened up the case for me to make a note, that once again Kevin Nunes is not following the process like I am and Kevin Nunes is doing his very best to win this case, so Kevin Nunes does have the right to defend himself.

What shocks me about Pastor Garth is how he has been harassing me. Never in my 51 years have I been harrased by a Pastor of a Church!! Pastor Garth definitely doesn't practice what he preaches and Kevin Nunes is now taking on the victim role getting Pastor Garth and Veronique to help him through the mess that he has made. Which is fine. But like I said to Kevin Nunes when he was violently throwing me out of his home that even though he is a reborn Christian, the truth does eventually come out, that is even in the Bible too!! Kevin Nunes continued to swear at me and told me the wheel turns and he will be saved and I will be in trouble!!

So does Pastor Garth allow for the abuse of me, women, children and animals in his Church. Cause according to the Bible this is seen as many sins and although God is a forgiving God, God still protects. Kevin Nunes has been abusing me since I was 4 years old. My deceased father and mother abused me too, so I have had this all my life!! I do not deserve to be treated like this by anyone.

Kevin Nunes has always believed that violence always solves his problems. Kevin Nunes has threatened with a shotgun and gas guns which cause grievously bodily harm. When Kevin Nunes got arrested on 1 August, the Cops of the Booysens Police Station was supposed to confiscate these weapons, which they failed to do. Kevin Nunes is part of the Crusaders and he said he can order a hit on me and make it look like an accident and when I do die, Kevin Nunes said he will dance on my grave with joy.

Kevin Nunes also used to starve me and when Veronique sent me food to eat the 1 time, Kevin Nunes ate it all and then when Veronique asked Kevin Nunes if he gave me the food, he laughed and said no, and that he feeds me every Sunday which is true or if he felt I deserved to eat I might eat more that 4 times in a month!!

So this is the behavior and it is totally unacceptable to me and this will get dealt with the legal and justice system of the High Court.
