News24 is a big **** because they are using some survey The survey name is forum24 And boarding thing they keep on sending surveys after that they don't give you points they promised even when you write them email they just ignore you and and sometimes they give you attitude when they respond Anyone who is busy doing forum24 Surveys please don't they will **** you by eating your data and time but they will never give you points

I have subscribed with news24 always using the special offers. When close to the end of my subscription i would receive email notifying me that it was ending on certain date. However this time i did not receive email. I was paying 19.99 per month. News 24 had my bank details. Without my consent they took 109.00 from my account for new subscription on 24 January 2026. They is not right. I cannot afford to pay this amount. I have sent them email and trust they will return my money.

They don't print quality journalism, but propaganda for the ANC. They are disgraceful to a shocking degree. They have just doxxed people who are applying for sanctuary in the USA!! This is against international law. In my opinion they are shameless and without conscience.

I signed up for a service from Takealot - where one of the partners is News24. The deal was that if I pay a certain amount, I would get certain benefits from Takealot- like no delivery charges. In addition there are some partners - one of which is News24. Now - I have paid. However I am not able to get access to news 24 articles. I have had an email where I was asked to provide a time where someone would contact me and help set it up. However, my follow up communications are being ignored. I have paid for this deal in which I am supposed to get access a news 24 subscription in August. Now it is half way through October and I am still not subscribed. I dont know who to contact and dont know how to get assistance because both Takealot and News24 are so impersonal that you cant contact anyone. I would appreciate it if someone from either organisation would help instead of just ignoring me. Finally! Why on earth would you give the responsibility to your customer to try and get him or herself hooked up correctly rather than just supplying the service that is being paid for. Can anyone assist?

I want to cancel my subscription with News24. But their app is not showing on my Google Play Store. I sent News24 several emails, asking them, to cancel my subscription. They simply turned around and said, "We wash our hands...its not our responsibility to cancel or make sure your subscription is canceled". But rest assured, one day when you fail to make a monthly payment, we will be on your behind, like white on rice! Hence, News24 only will action anything and take their feet of the desk, once there is someting in it for them! Now News24 and/or Google Play Store, will make sure that i get blacklisted, because i will refuse to pay for something, that has become impossible to cancel. Think twice, three times even...before considering to subscribe to News24 !!!

Subscribed to News24 for R79 per month, now gone up to R109, from 89, no warning, no communication, so that's it, cancel. Very surprised about all negative comment, mayde should of not subscribed.
