No sense of emergency
I am still not satisfied . They said I should not address the matter on the Public platform so I went private with them but still no answers from them.. On the 30th of April 2024.Me,Judith and Yolandi communicated via email and I asked for a meeting on the 6th of May at 11:00 am. Judith Williams advised that they will "Make the necessary arrangements with the parties and confirm the appointment" I am still waiting for them ,on that waiting they did not even bother to call or send me the email on how far are they with finding the parties. According to my knowledge and my research ,the parties are from different companies including their company but they can't locate them.... They are diking and diving now, I need answers because I have all the documents with me, with forged signatures of my late father. If they did nothing wrong why the always running around when they are the ones who registered with the Municipality when my father was dead and buried. I told them that my dad passed away but they ignored me. Clearly they don't care about our loss and that me and my brothers are homeless while some stranger is staying in my father's property with her children.

On the 27th of May 2022,my late father signed an OTP alone with the Agent and the sellers for the house in Orange farm ext 6,then NGL attorneys in Meyersdal transfered the property to someone who did not pop out a single cent which is my late father's girlfriend who forged all the documents. Their Typist, Simphiwe Ngubeni convinced me that the tittle deed was transfered to my father and the lady but my father was long dead and buried on the day they did the transfer ,now they sending me to pillar and post for my father's money that was paid into their account. I have all the proof,the payments and the file which they refused to give me. Now the lady is staying with her children in my father's house,a person who did not have any income. They forged the OTP ,changed my father's status and now we are stucked with some *****ster who is refusing to give us our father's property. I spoke to Mr Louw last year who seemed not to be interested and Judith Williams who just left me like that. I dont know how my father found those attorneys with this kind of *******ion,with no mercy and remorse for the dead because they changed the tittle deed which had my father's name alone on the 21st of July and added the lady's name on the 22nd of July 2022 just for the sale not to reverse.I have the letter of authority from the Masters of High Court which dont even give a damn about it,that was Simphiwe said to me. @LSSA kindly assist on this matter because I won't just sit and fold my arms while my brother's and I are homeless when the peolpe we know that understands and law abinding citizens just treat us like this and my father's money not respected. My father paid R400K for that house and R38000 for conveynsors and transfer fees and bought a house he did not even set a foot in. Frustrated and Homeless daughter of the Late

I am utterly disgusted by the unprofessional and ********* behavior displayed by NGL Attorneys in Alberton, specifically in their dealings with my property sale. The estate agent involved from The Agency and Associates, is equally culpable in this reprehensible conduct. First and foremost, NGL Attorneys failed miserably in their duty to represent my interests. Instead of acting in a fair and transparent manner, they allowed money to be transferred to the agent, knowing full well that the funds originated from both him and me. This blatant conflict of interest should have raised immediate red flags, yet they chose to turn a blind eye, prioritizing their cozy relationship with the agent over their professional responsibilities. Furthermore, NGL Attorneys neglected to keep me informed about crucial financial matters related to my property. When the municipality issued a refund for rates money, they failed to notify me or ensure that the funds were rightfully directed to my account. Instead, they inexplicably facilitated the transfer of these funds to the agent, demonstrating a complete disregard for my rights as their client. It is abundantly clear that NGL Attorneys and the agent have a troubling symbiotic relationship that compromises their integrity and ethics. Their actions not only reflect poorly on their professionalism but also raise serious questions about their commitment to serving their clients' best interests. I strongly advise anyone considering NGL Attorneys or the agent from The Agency and Associates to proceed with extreme caution. Their track record of ********* behavior and lack of accountability make them wholly unfit to handle any legal or real estate matters.

Will never recommend NGL to anyone honestly
To whom it may concern, Writing this on behalf of my grandmother , I am not happy with the level of service NGL is providing, I don't know if yall measure cases according to to nationality or what, It has been months since my gran is being turned from pillar to post , regarding application for rates and what what in Mogalecity, One minute we get communication from Martha the next thing we know we have to chase her and her colleagues like we are puppets, What she and her colleagues are doing does not even go in line with the values of the company itself, We are starting to even we are being ****** in day light, Please advise as to how do we go about laying a formal complaint against NGL attorneys , because honestly this battle is tiring now, I think it is best if it gets eacallated, since NGL attorneys has failed my gran
