Poor service

My sister been diagnosed with breast cancer late last year.Her breast is getting bigger and bigger everyday to a point that she cant walk, eat properly and breath properly. She just lie down whole day. Scan was done january but till this day we don't have results to know how far the cancer is spreading. Last month she was told she has to wait for that specific doctor to read her scan. Its almost 3 months we waiting and she is detoriating every day.
