Worst SERVICE EVER AND INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

One of the worst shopping experiences ever this Christmas. Gareth at the Hyde Park store is extremely rude and unhelpful. He is the worst I have ever dealt with. He also does not understand the consumer protection rules. Refuses to accept returns and their products are of the worst quality ever. I purchased the Snowy Mountain tree. It’s terrible. Save your money and your energy stay away from this store until management has been changed.
