RUDE. UNRESPONSIVE.
What a horrible group of people to work with. Get one email, then you reply and wait... no answers. Then suddenly a FINAL NOTICE threat, due to being unresponsive. Bunch of *********** ****s. Then they have the audacity to attach a stupid certificate claiming they have been trying multiple times to get a hold of you! This on top of not hearing ONE WORD from the credit provider first. Just BOOM handed over. Adding to today's stress of living that everyone is going through. But this will be mentioned in a complaint towards ABSA themselves. Their rude mannerism makes me not want to be helpful at all, honestly. Treating people in real stress like they are not human and we owe them the world. Do not know where ABSA got this place from, BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK OF CHANGING ATTORNEYS!!!!!!

Horrible service
I have been handed over for an ABSA account for which I am not the account holder. ABSA consultant confirmed this directly with Nicolas Ngwenya but they still do not believe this. They claim to record all their conversations but cannot use this to support any conversation. They are unwilling to assist in any manner to sort this out. Very rude and unhelpful.

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE
I have never in my entire adult life experienced such unprofessional and *********** "attorneys" in my life. No response on emails sent & the person handling their WhatsApp number is total ***********. Threatening with Summons & Sheriff's but do not respond on emails regarding payment arrangements. I will be reporting these people to the CFDC.

No response on emails sent & the person handling their WhatsApp number is total ***********. Threatening with Summons & Sheriff's but do not respond on emails regarding payment arrangements. Pathetic
I have been harrassed on whats app by an unprofessional person. They treat you like gabbage. I have the communication sent on whats app its disgusting they are dealing with real people with real life issues.

VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT SERVICE
Absolutely disgusted in their service. I have handed my debt over to Debt Sage and I have requested for Nicholas Ngwenya Attorneys to stop my Debicheck debit order and they have continued to deduct my account for 2 months now. They are rude and ignore emails and messages. I want this debicheck debit order stopped and refunded for the 2 months (second hello peter complaint logged)

RUDE WOMAN
This morning I received a call from Ameliah Shari from Nicholas Ngwenya Attorneys this woman dropped the phoned , phoned backed after saying hello 4 times she dropped the call again . I received and email from her threatening me, and at the bottom of the email she quotes a bible verse she also accused me of hanging up the phone or shall I quote this debt collector “you hug up the phone” . I responded to her email which she the replied with another threading email! The law society should really do something about this wanna be law firms that just there to harass people I’m sure she has no experience on how to deal with clients or maybe she is just old and tired or unhappy with. Her job or they might not pay her enough to be tact . After explaining to her and all her colleagues that I am unemployed she still could not understand what I am saying and believe it or not she does not know what unemployed means???? Where does Do they find these people????? Blows my mind!!! And interesting fact she wants to give me instructions about ABSA bank and how to operate the App!!!!
