Best service ever
I'd like to recommend Nico Energy Solar, their service is very good, they install our Solar from Gp to KZN Pietermaritzburg, whenever we have challenges we phone the installer guy he always helping us anytime we need help. I really appreciate their service . Keep up the good work guys

Best service ever

Misrepresentation and poor quality installation
I was quoted on a Deye 6kw Hybrid inverter, accepted, and installation was done. Except it was not a hybrid inverter but an offgrid. After many requests to have this sorted, no reply. Also poor quality cicuit breakers caused the system to trip under high charging conditions. Problem was reported but no response.

6kw deye system installed Durban

Up Up Nico!
I had an 11kW Ecco solar system installed by Nico Energy in Limpopo Phalaborwa and I'm now completely off-grid. The system has been performing well, and I’ve only had to call them twice since the installation. Their after-sales service is solid — they respond in good time & professionally. Although I had to cover half the transport cost for their call-out, I still think it's fair considering the distance. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others looking for reliable solar solutions in remote areas.

Poor service delivery and empty promises.
I have used Nico Energy to install a solar system at my mother-in-law. It was a struggle from the start, not delivering what was ordered, arrived late, did a rush job and did not even set up the inverter correctly, all settings on the inverter were as per default setting, I have tried for months to get them to rectify, with no success and then they ask me to pay additional amount for them to fix their poor workmanship. Yes, they are cheap, but with no support and not deliver what was promised. My recommendation will be not to use them and rather find someone else.

Nico Energy (taking advantage of their customets) not delivering as per their adverts
Very bad with service customer care. This company installed a solar system at my place and promised to issue the COC and also help with the municipality registration process. All these are pure lies, they haven't delivered on their promises and they are now ignoring my sms and calls. I don't even know if they installed quality system because I don't get warm water anymore

Very bad with service customer care. This company installed a solar system at my place and promised to issue the COC and also help with the municipality registration process.
