Evenning it's me again,,please try to help me before 17:00 because your office will close soon and no one will be able to help me,,I really need that money like today...I've made that loan yesterday 14:56...it transferred from FNB to Capitec...thank you

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT GIBE 0 STARS. As a small business, I try my best to be professional. I purchased a website domain in December 2019 and wanted to publish my website in March. I wanted to display professional makeup pictures of my work and got intouch with NIFTY50. I explained what I was looking for and they were very welcoming, professional and ensured I would get my pictures in time for my website launch. I was asked to pay 50% upfront and 50% on the last photoshoot. I thought I had made the right choice. I wanted to do 3 photoshoots (Nude, colour & glitter glam) I had 3 models each shoot and decided to invest in my business by taking 3 weekends off from work to do these 3 photoshoots. My first shoot was on 28th Feb 2020. To date I have not received my photos, they dont answer my calls, they dont read my whatsapp messages. Ive sent messages just asking for the refund because I had paid 50% for 3 photoshoots but i didnt get the photos of the 1st photoshoot let alone managed to do the other 2 photoshoots. Im so tired of photographers insisting on payment upfront and not giving you the service you paid for. I started my business in October 2020, I had barely saved but wanted to invest in the business. Its now August, I dont have my professional pictures, the money I had saved is gone and my website has not been launched.

Horrific wedding experience of Nifty 50 Photographers from Ballito… Paid for service and no delivery. ( this was a FB post that i copied and pasted here)It has taken me a long time to write this because I believe in giving people a chance to rectify their mistakes and 2 I don’t like “drama “. But this requires “drama” now simply because 1 it’s WRONG what they doing and 2 no bride should ever go through what I went and currently still going through. I am not the only one who has been through this experience with this company. There is 2 other brides to date who has the exact same story as mine and I am sure there’s many more. My husband insisted we use this company Nifty 50 Photography since there was a huge saving in using them. I was sceptical as it seemed too good to be true but how do I argue against a huge saving in using them. We took a special they offered that entailed “full day event coverage; Video and photography; Photobooth (2 hours);Unlimited pics edited on disc , 2 enlargements , 20 prints”. We later then booked the drone and an album with 150 prints. Their invoice tells us that lead time for editing as follows: Photos is 5 weeks; Video is 8 weeks. Before the wedding day everything was going okay and we had met and I told them of everything I required and expected. Come the wedding day(5 May 2018)… No photobooth showed up, no drone showed up. They insisted the drone and the photobooth was there but no guest of mine saw this photo booth neither did I or any of my guests witness any drone taking any footage. I complained and they said they will refund us for this mistake /lack of delivery. Gave them our banking details and I’m still waiting for my refund for this. 5 weeks go by and we requested to see our pictures so we can decide which we want printed out and enlarged. They don’t answer any of our calls , our smss and no response to emails. They literally go MIA. Ofcourse we panic and call often now. They eventually respond in email and promise to deliver it to my work address. They send me a tracking number of this package they supposedly send to me and a week goes by and no delivery. Now I know full well that aramax don’t take so long so I call aramax and give my tracking number and they tell me this was a package sent to a guy in Mauritius. So hits me that these people lied to us. They don’t answer calls again and later email to say they will meet us in gateway to hand over our pictures on disc and our video. We meet up and all we get is our pics on disc and no video footage. Mind you it’s now long pass the 8 weeks deadline to give us our stuff. Disappointed as hell I go home and decide il give them a chance, they a small upcoming company let me wait and be patient. We select our pictures we want printed for our album and our enlargements and send this off to them via email. They promise that we will soon have our album with printouts and video . They go silent on us and I call and sms them and I get no response. Its now months down the line and still nothing. I got no album, no refund, no video footage and a trailer. I message I call and still no response. They email days later a picture of a waybill to show they sent off our package via aramax. A week goes by and no package is delivered. We tell them this and they blame aramax for losing our package. Suuuuuuure. Its now 5 months after my wedding day and I am now boiling with anger because they have made a fool of us for 1, 2 they have taken our money and not delivered what we paid for, 3 they have the only proof and evidence I have of my special day and they basically holding it hostage in my eyes and 4 they still have not refunded us for the photobooth that was a no show. My work colleague who had her wedding a month before mine used them too and she too has received nothing to date. They even had the nerve to make her go meet them at botanical gardens to get her package and they were a no show. They then tell her that a friend is going to drop her package off that evening and he too was a no show. So now we in November 2018 moooonths after our wedding with NOTHING we paid for. We both call continuously and eventually they say they will deliver our complete package we both paid for as per our invoices today( 02.11.2018). We wake up today(02.11.2018) to a email basically saying they had an emergency and can’t deliver our packages but will attempt to give us by 13 November 2018. They further say if they don’t deliver by then they will give us a full refund on the outstanding items. Please see a screen shot of this email attached to this post. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!!!. 5 months later and yet another excuse!..What angers me more is that you actually think you giving me full refund on my outstanding item is okay? All I have is pics on a disc. NO printouts, NO album and NO video footage. How is your refund going to make up for the fact that I got nothing to remember my wedding day by??? You can’t redo that day, you can’t relive that day, and there is no amount of money that can bring back that day. How do I look back on that day and rewatch my day when you basically holding my video footage of my day hostage. I want my stuff!!!! My album with printouts and enlargements, my video footage and trailer and my refund for the no show photobooth. My main aim of this post is to inform people of this horrific experience so that no other person goes through what I and other brides have gone through by using Nifty 50 Photographers.

The service I have been getting from them is so pathetic! I paid for R6000 for our wedding photography and videography. I only received the pics after several months and the video quality is so terrible. I have tried several times to get in contact and it seems like they are not bothered. When it came to booking them, full payment had to be made. Seems like they are just hungry for money. I still want a refund. It's almost a year and have not received everything from the package. Really a waste of time. I have not received my printed photos, digital photo frame and a clear quality video. Waste of money and time. It's really sad because this is my wedding memories that is lost.

Absolutely disgusted with poor quality that I received from nifty 50 photography... My wedding pictures look Terrible it's so upsetting and disappointing waiting period for photos and video states 4/8weeks in they contract but I'm currently waiting well over 4months... A wedding day is special once in a lifetime and now I have poor quality memories half the pictures are blue and flashed out!!!!! Very disappointed

<p>This company took R1600.00 up front for a picnic photoshoot, i was told i will get a few pictures emailed within a week and a disc of pictures within 4 weeks. After 6weeks and numerous emails questioning my pictures they mailed me a few pictures and said i will recieve my disc the following week. After 8 weeks i emailed again and this this time they said they will have my disc by the following Monday or a full refund to me, Gone 2 weeks later, im still emailing and trying to get my refund. They have taken my money for a service they never delivered, and i want to make others aware so they dont fall trap to this company.</p>
