Nightwing
I urgently had to have a book couriered from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Tried to use my "old faithful" but was put on hold to speak to a consultant for so long, I ended up putting down the phone, because time was running out. I Googled "same day delivery couriers" and Nightwing came up. I sent them a message, and within a couple of minutes Shana phoned me back. She was quick, efficient and gave me peace of mind. Thank you. My "old faithful" has been replaced.

Very poor
Very poor service in the Durban area. We were expecting a delivery and nothing was received. Their tracking website was not updated and when I finally managed to get hold of the company by phone (three times the line was disconnected after I selected the option 2 of their greeting message), I was told that the driver attempted delivery, and could also not get hold of me by phone. Completely dishonest. I had no missed calls and three people were present on our premises all day.

Great Service
Thank you to all involved .As a small business you guys have always assisted beyond normal customer service . I as the owner appreciates the great service you all give .We honestly need more people like all of you in this country . Nightwing staff are honestly the best to deal with . hope management sees the mail as you all are assets to Nightwing .This also include your Drivers that always deliver my stock . They are pleasant and always friendly ,a pleasure to deal with Keep it up

Excellent Service.
This is the 2nd time I have used Nightwing to uplift a document from an Embassy in Pretoria and deliver to my home address in KZN. Both cases they exceeded my expectations of collection and delivery within 24 hours. The cost was also very competitive. This instance was arranged with the consultant Shana Wakefield, who remain patient and professional throughout the process from quote to collection. We will definitely use their services again should the need arise.

Waiting for Delivery for more than 8 days !!!
I don't even think you deserve that one star. I have been waiting for a Parcel from Lelive that I ordered on the 25th of November 2023. Every day I receive a message saying "my order has been scanned out for delivery" . this has been happening since the 1st of December and it doesn't get delivered. Miraculously after I have complained to Lelive , they finally phoned me not to deliver the parcel but to reschedule for a delivery claiming they couldn't get hold of me, mean while its the 1st time they contacted me today (6th of December 2023.). Your service is PATHETHIC. I would not recommend NightWinG any time ,. even you Lelive should consider getting another courier service this not good for your business . usually parcels take 2- 3 days its been 8 days Pathetic!!!!

Disgusting service
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 19th may 2023 before 5pm till now i don't have my parcel. It was out for delivery at 18:14pm, 21:03pm it was returned to the hub. I never received any call from your delivery guy. Returning parcels to the hub seems to be a norm without making contact to the recipient. DELIVER MY PARCEL NOW You should close your doors seeing that you run a ****a shop

My home
I'm renting at nightwing property call my home,I skip only one month to pay the go to my house kicked my kids out side and lock the play while they have my deposit on them.then I call them to do arrangements of payment,then they unlock but they cut electricity in my house.then I do payment then they didn't switch on my electricity and didn't respond me I lose everything that are inside the fridge.
