Poor service
Yesterday visiting the hospital to fetch my wife as she was kept there for a few days upon my arrival I had no problems getting in, but asking for directions then it got poor and finally I found my wife we were then stop by security before leaving no manners just said open your back , i end up telling the security to take a hike and told him your parents should of thought you manners my wife was stil in alot of pain and didn't want to make a big thing out of this .... So from my point of view your approach to a person don't matter young or hold treat them with respect because if it were you , you'd want the person to do the same

Security service is poor
So today I was very disgusted with the service received Tygerberg Hospital . First since Sunday the security has been giving us wrong information , every day different staff with different information. Today out of nowhere a security staff member of @Nikao Protection Service , came up to us and tell us that we need to move our car , when stating that nowhere it states that we can not park there and why straight to us when there was a car parked opposite on the red line and behind us is also a car , he said don't give me attitude otherwise I'll call for back up and clamp our car , when ask what is he name he started shouting and pointing us and when I said I'll be going to his manager he just said go ahead. Spoke to the manager and he only said he will adress it. 😐 First where does it state no parking because only on the gate there's a sign for no entry.

I was at Tygerbegr hospital yesterday to visit my mom who has contracted covid and we wanted to drop some food and toiletries but a security whose name is Neliswa Masimini working for Nikao protection service was very very rude and unprofessional to a point where we did not drop what we had brought for my mom. Even the nurse and doctor made a call to her, begged her to allow me to drop the staff but she did not allow us and we left the hospital with the staff my mom was in need of, her behaviour was very uncalled for.
