Nike online store

On Monday the 8th of December i ordered an R2149 Airforce at Nike online store I didn’t receive any order confirmation from them,I tried calling their customer care but I couldn’t get hold of them.On Tuesday I went to Nike head office at Melrose Arch I didn’t get any help they told me not to worry I will receive my order such things do happen they said I should text they chat support ,I did .When I text back today too check if there’s any update about my case is there get different stories about my refund.What should I do to get my money back from Nike ok assist me
