Very bad service
Ordered and payed for two batteries in June. No delivery except excuses why it was not delivered. Even the courier company they send us the picking slip from cancelled the delivery due to failure by NIKOLA ENERGY to provide them with the items. Just a bunch of lying staff. A reminder. Check their invoices. No contact details or address.

Scam
Website advertised new batteries and I subsequently ordered a unit after talking with Gary. They delivered a 2nd hand battery with LEDs missing. I managed to get the battery working but the history of the battery is questionable. I still cannot get hold of Gary to refund me.

Very bad
No name batteries that is sprayed over, and some parts are missing, And it is expensive for broken batteries. We do not get a hold of the company, they do not answer the phone or emails. So do not buy from them!!

Happy after all.
purchased 3 of the nikola 6kwh batterye from www.nikolarenergy.co.za about a while ago. works pretty much well so far. had issues with the installation as I'm on a farm and couldn't get it to work well for about a week but once i figured out the installation part, really happy with the perfomance of lithium ion batteries. am running a bore hole pump and pressure pump, 2 fridge and lights at night with other things during the day.
