2.5 hours for 1 meal

30 March 2022, I ordered a cold drink and a seafood espetada at 18:55. After the cold drink was served, the waiter took more than an hour until 20:15 to ask me if I am still fine. I asked politely where is my food? he apologised, the manager (Jason) aplogised as well and served me a foccacia free of charge as they forgot to put in my order. I accpeted the apology, which was defintely not needed, since I had to wait another 90min before I decided to leave without any dinner. I have dined all over the country, this was the most disappointing service I ever experienced in any restaurant.
