Such a Horrific and disrespectful manager (Elvis) !! His colleagues were so embarrassed and had to apologize on his behalf!! we found 2 strands of hair in our cold and dry pizza that was not even cut. They called him to assist us and he told the waiter to just minus R20 from our bill because he is too busy. He walked passed and went downstairs and returned straight to the kitchen. He returned to hear what we were talking about with another polite female manager who assisted us, and gave us a petty look and went back to the kitchen. He has ruined that Nino’s reputation and we were not the first to complain about him that day!!

good day, jus thought I'd gve a heads up to people wanting to have a meal at ninos Westwood mall. I visited the place today 13 of december, order 2 sirloin wit chips and mushroom sauce on the side. Mushroom sauce was served bfore meal, wen meal arrived chips looked like they were fried over a couple food times and drenched in oil, steak was suppose to be well done, it was red n ******. Meal was sent back and we received same chips, they jus fried it again and the steak was grilled to a state that it was so rubbery it wasn't even edible. My hubby and I jus paid for the meal and left most of it as it wasn't worth the effort of sending the meal to get sorted for the 3rd time

Pathetic Service. On Saturday my husband and I went to Nino's in Westwood mall to get lunch as a takeaway. We placed our order and patiently waited for it. There was a soccer match going on at the time and it was clear that the staff were interested in the game as they screamed and jumped when one of the teams scored (they were watching the match on the TV opposite Nino's at Fego). The food finally came and I had noticed there was no Parmesan and green chilis like they usually give with pastas, I had asked the waiter to which he replied that there was not enough. I had kept the food on my lap the entire drive home, when I got home, to my disappointment, both the takeaway containers were not sealed and the pasta has fallen out into the packet. The other container was open as well but the weight of the one on top of the other kept it closed. It is very upsetting that the staff were more interested in the game instead of providing good service, I definitely won't be visiting this branch again!

Good day I hope you well Let me start by saying that the service we experienced at Ninos Westwood Mall in Durban will be a fathers day that we will never forget 1. I ordered a plunger coffee and 25 minutes later, (after i enquired as to why it's taking so long) I was informed that the glass for the plunger had broken. 25 minutes later?? Were they waiting for the coffee to be delivered from the headoffice ??? 2. Drinks took more than 20 minutes to come. 3. 2/10 ordered had come. They mixed it up and messed everything around. We had asked for eggs sunny side up and they had brought scrambled eggs. Then 10 minutes later, they brought eggs that look like they've been cracked straight onto the plate 4. We had asked for the manager. Nobody had come. I had asked on MULTIPLE occasions to see the page on which the order was written on, nothing. I eventually phoned the branch, and asked the manager to please come to my table as the waiter table absolutely useless She eventually came to attend then problem Further more, the waiter refused to show us the paper on which he has written down the order, and eventually told us he had, wait for it, THROWN THE PAGE AWAY???? Is that the quality of the staff you employ ?? And he said " it was a small mistake" a small mistake does not result in messing up the order 5. A bowl of muesli took over an hour to come. Seriously??? 6. One waiter had taken our order, and different waiters brought them, mixing everything up 7. Up till now nobody had explained why the service was bad. Nor tried to compensate us in anyway. The service was absolutely disgusting. The food came in dribs and drabs. Half of us had finished eating and the rest hadn't received any food not drinks yet. The least you can do is explain to me what was going on. Phone the branch and find out why we were treated with absolutely respect. Customers had asked the waiter 30 minutes after ordering if their meals had started being prepared. I take from their actions of walking out, that the meals had been forgotten, or a more accurate word, neglected The standard of service made me sick. Nobody came back to ask if we are fine or needed anything else. It took them 10 minutes to bring a 2 glasses of water just btw. And on fathers day too. A day meant to be a happy day for all the fathers that attended. But the customer service at the Westwood was very disappointing I would like to see what sort of rectification or compensation there is to offer because I will never go back there. Thank you Sohail

nino's south africa Worste customer relationship company ever -a month went by and still NO response on emails regarding App issues.... nor does their number on their website or FB page wor**** They state that you get loyalty points and stamps for every purchase over R25 but this is a blatend lie as I have sentthem proof thereof and they just ignore the issue! Even the Westville branch manager said it is not his problem if Head office ignore me and he is not getting involved even if it is an issue shown on his own POS system that they are lying to their patrons.
