I got the worst service from 4wheels Nissan Mahikeng with their Techncian, swearing at me with his colleagues laughing. My brand new car got st********** without communicating with me, my car got towed to them with no communication from them or anything, when I call to try and find out what's wrong with my car, I'm told vostek by the technician.

On the 19 November 23,the sales manager (Abrie Vos) offered me a vehicle Renault Sandero stating that it kilometers were 40. However I was not interested in that vehicle, as I was leaving sales person (Martin) informed me that I should not purchase that car specifically as it was involved in 2-3 accidents and he doesn't want me to rub noses with the mechanic. To my surprise when this was said the general manager was there (annelie), so be warned not to be misguided by them

This was my first car service, and I was greeted with friendly faces from the lady who sold me the car sis Mandisa, the cleaning Lady (could not get her name), the Xhosa speaking lady at the service desk, (also could not get he name). Then there was a super smile from Tshegofatso Mabilo, who assisted me whole heartedly and was so patient with me, until she handed over my vehicle. Not forgetting the driver who dropped me off at home and picked me after my car was serviced. What a great team of customer service. I really appreciate you guys, Team Nissan Mafikeng. Thank you so much. Kind Regards.

I bought a car on auto trader from a dealership called 4WHEELS MOTOR GROUP in Lichtenburg and the agent failed to disclose that the car had a mechanical problem, Breaks were finished and it was worked on previously where they damaged the housing for injector 4, I took delivery of the car on the 28/03/2023 and immediately I noticed that the car was making a funny noise I took it in to Ford for checking and was advice that the turbo and the injectors were faulty. On the 24/04/2023 I was informed by Ford that the engine has been worked on previously and the the wrong bolt was fitted that is what is causing the fuel leak. The dealership from where I purchased the car has been so detached from the situation and they have not been able to assist in any way and keep on shifting the blame. Since i took ownership of the vehicle I have not driven it for more than 1 week as I am writing this review it is back at the workshop again for another fuel leak. I contacted the sales manager Mr. Johan Smith from day one and was updating him as the car kept on breaking down then he referred me to his manager Mr. Stoffel Roets who was not even interested in what I had to say and immediately started being aggressive and not taking my calls. I requested in writing that the matter be resolved as I was willing to return the car and exchange it for another one of similar value but my emails were never answered and I was treated like a nobody when I pushed too much I was met with ****** comment when Mr. Stoffel finally answered the phone and immediately dropped it after the ****** comments. I am very disappointment in Autotrader as well as they did nothing to assist and answered my email by saying that they are just an advertising platform and have nothing to do with the cars being sold.

Wow to World class Professionalism. My wife and I browsed through so many websites as we don't have time during the week to drive around looking for a second vehicle. The enquiry on 4Wheels Facebook page did managed to draw reaction. Firstly a friendly call centre agent contacted me thanking me for my valued interest. After asking a few questions about my needs allocated me to a sales executive. I received a sms giving me the sales executive name and contact details. Within a hour I received my call from the Dealership, thereafter assisted me with an online application. I received my confirmation for approval and things then fast tracked where I took delivery of our new vehicle two days after my first enquiry. Astonishing service and the gratification on my my Wife's face made this a super exciting experience. Thank you 4Wheels for doing the delivery in Gauteng as well.

On Saturday 02 July 2022 I noticed a signed on the dashboard and took the car to the dealership around 11-12pm. I meat a lady who advised I bring the motor vehicle in for Technician advice on Monday 04th of July 2022. I brought in the vehicle today as advised on Saturday, when the lady who assisted me on Saturday asked Antoinette if is there is any technician on site to assist me, as the vehicle is showing some sign. She further asked what does sign mean, we responded we do not know. Antoinette said how should the owner not know, why didn’t he check the manual, there is a reason the car has a manual. The car gives a hustle to start, the whole car shakes when i increase rev-count, it takes time to pick up speed and it slows down when I switch on the Aircon and is sounds like a tracker or a diesel vehicle. *This is the entry part of my email i sent to 4wheels@magcar.co.za on Tuesday 05th of July 2022. I have not received any response. Yesterday in the evening when I knock off, my vehicle did not start it made funny noise. I tried calling Hunyadi with no luck. This is frustrating as I travel just about 65 kilos single trip (130 return),to where I work on daily basis. Having to travel with a vehicle in this condition I worry about getting stuck along the road. Hellopeter. Please assist with relevant contact to get assistance as Antoinette saw it best that i should tell her (after reading the user manual as thick as 7cm) what wrongs with the vehicle even after taking it to them. I am in Gauteng , this Dealership is in Lichtenburg. I traded in my vehicle for an Accent from this Dealership . I was blessed to have dealt with Leon Coetzee from this Dealership. He has an amazing work ethic and has kept me in the loop from the moment we spoke until he came to deliver my car. I was very apprehensive in dealing with a Dealership over such a distance but can state that Leon Coetzee has restored my faith in Used Car Salesmen . If ever you deal with this Dealership plse ask for Leon Coetzee . He is a go getter and make things happen. Give Leon and the Dealer Principal a Bells.Thanks for the great experience guys .

I am in Gauteng , this Dealership is in Lichtenburg. I traded in my vehicle for an Accent from this Dealership . I was blessed to have dealt with Leon Coetzee from this Dealership. He has an amazing work ethic and has kept me in the loop from the moment we spoke until he came to deliver my car. I was very apprehensive in dealing with a Dealership over such a distance but can state that Leon Coetzee has restored my faith in Used Car Salesmen . The BEST SERVICE EVER, i dealt with heleen from 4wheels hyundau Lichtenburg, i must say, she has good customers service s****s, she cares for her clients and she made me feel like i was the only client at their dealership and that im not just a number.She kept me updated me through entire application process,she was transparent and she drove all the way from North West to Gauteng during lockdown to deliver the car in my home. She still checks up on me weeks later to see how im doing and if im still happy with the car. I would really recommend this dealership. Thanks Heleen for great service and keep it up. You trully know what customer service means.
