I had the pleasure of dealing with Danie Erasmus, a parts consultant at B B Gezina Nissan in Pretoria, and I must say—his level of service is nothing short of outstanding. Danie’s professionalism, efficiency, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction sets a benchmark that all dealerships in the parts business across the country should aspire to. I would confidently recommend both the dealership and Danie to anyone looking for reliable service and expert advice. Truly a standout experience!

I regret the day a bought Nissan Navara @ BB Auto Gezina in May 2024. The car had a faulty screen which is used to electronics, such as navigation, radio, etc. March 2025, the screen locked, I couldn’t see up anything, the only thing you could do is drive. I booked the car for service, the lady who helped me doesn’t even know how to start the car, how can she even understands your problem? The car was booked in, they couldn’t fix the problem. They took out the screen & told me it will be fixed within 5 days, 12 days after I’m still waiting. No call, no update. I went to the dealership, the lady took me to the service manager who ignored me until I left. The car is of no use to me without electronics. It is as good as an old car without even a radio. There is no way I will keep this car, it is parked for almost 2 weeks cos it is of no use to me. Is it really difficult to exchange the screen for a new one for a car which is less than a year old? Customers are not valued at Nissan BB Auto Gezina.

I bought a 2011 BMW X6 at this dealer and I've just had problems. When I received the car I heard a noise coming from the back of the car. I phoned them and told them the handbrake is not working. They said they will send a mechanic out to my place and sort the problem out. The mechanics did arrive but they could not sort the problem out instead they told me to buy new rear pads and brake shoes as that is the problem. I did buy the pads and brake shoes and drove the car down to KZN where I stay. They did reimburse me for the pads I bought. I took the car to a mechanic to install the new pads and brake shoes but that was not the problem. The one rear brake caliper had a bolt broken and the caliper was only holding on one bolt that was the noise I've been hearing in the car. There was nothing wrong with the brake shoes as my mechanic said there is still 6mm of lining on the shoes. I phoned them and they said that I must contact them again on 11/01/2021 as they are closed for the festive season. I did phone on the said date and nothing was done to help me. The handbrake works pneumatic or electronically and that is the part that's faulty. My license fee which I paid they did not reimburse and they never come back to you when they say they will contact you the same day. I will not pay the first installment on this car until this problem is sorted out or they must give me back my x5

HI, Since day one there service was bad. They mislead me and said the x-trail that they had looks the same as the qashqua inside. When I received the vehicle "out of the box". One of it's light went on. I had to take it in. Then when I want to take it back the owner laughed at me. When I ask why is my account every month R30 more than we talked he laughed and said that we not going to argue about r30 a month. It is my money R30 over 6 years? Then I couldn't lock my car. For weeks I struggled. They didn't care that we are women alone that can't lock there car. Then the material inside the car start coming out. Still they don't want to exchange my car. This is suppose to be a new car. Now the engine light goes on. This dealership is the worst that I ever heard of. Even Nissan SA keep sending me back to the dealer. When is enough enough?

The worst possible was service that i have ever received booked my vehicle in on the 2nd December only received it back on the 21st December after daily calls to the dealership and even having to do their job for them in contacting Nissan SA and finding the parts needed by the different dealerships as they cannot do it then still having to wait and pressurise them to actually go and fetch the parts needed then they don't even have the back bone to call and apologise even after complaints were lodged with Nissan Head office they just don't bother Between the Owner/Dealer Principle and the Workshop Manager i don't know witch one is more useless

My wife took my np200 which is still under warranty to nissan gezina. The car was making funny noise when it was starting & always resseted the kilo & clock on the cluster. The lady who helped her made her sign a form she did not understand.I just wanted them (nissan gezina) to check what's wrong with the car since it was under warranty but at the end of the day I paid R1057 for a fuse replacement. What really ****ed me off was they did the work without my permission. The lady at nissan said my wife gave her permission by signing the form which was written in english & afrikaans only & was not explained to her in her mother tounge so she(my wife) could understand what she was signing. How was I suppose to pay for diagnoses when the car is still under warranty? How was suppose to know what is wrong with the car if I did not take it to the workshop? Can nissan gezina get someone who speaks sepedi or zulu to explain what the people are signing,Why do you work on a car without the owners permission & expect the owner to pay.How do you charge a person R1000 for a fuse?
