This company is misleading people as if its a local company whereas it is not. It's in China. I bought a pair of shoes 67 days ago with an understanding I would get my order within 14 days but since then I have not received them. I have followed up and now I am tired. There's no reasonable response of where my order is but vague response that I must be patient a little longer. The tracking number indicates that order out on delivery since the 12 September 2025. I have forgiven up on those shoes because they were for a particular event which have since passed.
