NLR Embroidery never delivered
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER<br> <br> My husband and I placed 2 orders in the first week of April. Wedding gifts for upcoming weddings. After sending the names together with the images for the two sets of bath robes, we waited and waited and waited for not only our order but for feedback from NLR Embroidery. Feeling extremely embarrassed after attending both weddings empty handed we still tried to contact the owner. Finally getting a response we received only one set of robes which were both missing the image we requested together with the names. Now it is almost the end of May and we are still waiting for the second set of robes... We have requested a refund for these last two robes, but are yet to receive a response. But the owner is not taking our calls nor is he responding to our sms's. After our experience with NLR Embroidery we would not recommend anyone to use them.
