Bad treatment from NM plumbing
Not very impressed and not a happy customer at all. On the 2nd March 2023- the NM plumbing team came to install a new gyeser at my town-house and they changed the pipes as well. On the 3rd March 2023 when I got home from work around 6pm. The house was full of water, because of the leakage from the pipes they installed and caused damage to my personal belongings- my Macbook included. I then reported the matter and I was asked to get a damage report for my laptop- which I paid R350 exc vat to obtain from a company called NuEra. I then sent it to them and I was told they will only accept a report from Istore. I lost all my work that was in my laptop because of NM plumbing and my laptop is not replaced to date...

26 Apr 2023, 09:17Hi Thomas, as discussed with you telephonically and via e-mail, we are covered by our insurance for these instances. Our insurance requires a report from the iStore for your Mac Book and Apple Watch that you are claiming were damaged by water that seeped into your cupboard. To date we have still not received this report from you so we can continue with our claim. Unfortunately, the damage report you sent us is not recognized by insurance. We have received no further correspondence from you since our last e-mail to you requesting the damage report. Anything else, please contact me. Michela Metelerkamp.
