I was renting to buy a car for 2 years

I was renting to buy a car for 2 years. I'm getting paid on the 8th of every month. They refused to put me on the debit order date that I'm comfortable with. I explained and requested them to put me on the 15th debit order date. They said I don't qualify. I didn't qualify for the 30th because always the debit order will bounce and I will pay using my banking app for the past 2 years. This year August 30 my license disc expired. They refused to give me the disc until the 7th November 2024 driving without a renewed disc. When I enquiry with Ria Hanekom she harassed me telling me that I'll have that challenge every year as long I'm getting paid on the 8th. I decided to terminate the contract forfeited the years I've invested in the car. I couldn't drive without a license disc. Ria Hanekom treated me so badly.
