No regrets tattoos, in Rooihuiskraal, the owner is Billy Irish, he makes out to be a irish dude who has been in the tattoo industry for 30 years, and claims to be the best, he goes around bad mouthing other studios, and their work, and the people in it on social media, and exploids their personal info that isnt right acording to the popi act. He goes around with a personal vandetta against people, and doesnt know that hes hurting inocent clients and the poeples families. He is rude, and isnt the best artist in the world, and doesnt believe that others have potential aroumd him he constantly brings people down. He is just a horrible person.
