Noble Diamond Properties - Thana Cronje
Purchased a house in December 2024. We were **** too by Thana Cronje from the word go. In February 2025, she informed us of a leak which was never sorted and damaged the home. No handover was done. No inspection reports were submitted. She agreed to pay for the damages but never did. The man who stood as the owner of the property, was never the owner to begin with. Thana had **** over and over again leaving us with bills upon bills as well as a vandalised property.

Beware of when it is to good to be true
These people tell yu lies from start to finish and they do not blink an eye. From promising a cash buyer to getting a bond and the transaction already registered at the deeds office way before they sign off on your deal so they collect intrest on your money but a statement of account yu never see. I thought what on the ball people these are. They send people to wimpy to sign documentation and yu can not even read what you sign for as yu been told this is for that ect. Yu can not go to their office they will come to yu even signing documentation on the highway before work. Operators they are. Very professional
