On the 17 of July 2020, I received my invoice and made a 65% deposit to Petro Geyser on the 20th of July for 2 items to be manufactured. The lead time agreed to was 10 weeks, from 10 weeks onwards there were continuous excuses on why the products cannot be manufactured and delivered. In December she sent another manufacturer to my home to take measurements and was meant to pay my deposit to this individual and thereafter my goods would be manufactured and delivered in February 2021. Petro did not pay over the deposit to this individual. In March 2021 she then agreed to pay back my deposit, we even agreed on a reasonable payment plan of R500 a week. After continuously following up with Petro she made payments from May to June to date only 24% of my deposit has been paid back. Every time I contact Petro there are numerous excuses as to why she cannot make payment or that her bookkeeper Diedre will contact me to make further payments, to date no further payments towards my refund have being received. There are several individuals that I am aware of that she has done this to since July 2020 and is still doing this too.

Very poor service. Very unprofessional. Lie continuously about when you will receive your product. promise you will get the furniture you ordered 6 weeks after paying it has been 11 weeks i still have not received the bed i ordered when i am asking for my money back they refuse to give it to me but they can not even tell me when i will receive my bed. previous times they made promises that i will get my bed on a specific date then on that day i do not receive it when i ask again about the bed they extend and say after 3 weeks after 3 weeks passed i still havent received the bed. i would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
