UNDERMINING THE CLIENT'S RIGHTS

In 2001 I was Noko Attorney's client for a Road Accident Fund claim. For some reasons I had to change them and use DandK Attorneys in Randburg. I have since signed a letter thats asking Noko Attorneys to hand over my files to these new attorneys of my choice. Somehow the Road Accident Fund has no record of this and still have Noko Attorneys on their system. I have since asked my new attorneys to communicate with Noko Attorneys so we can get this sorted out as I seriously want closure on this matter. Noko Attorneys on the other hand do not respond to phone calls from my attorneys, so now I really need someone else to help me.
