Noko Financial with no services

I paid these people R9,500 to remove my name from debt review after my debt was paid up but it seems they only removed me from Experian and not the other credit bureau. I contacted them three times already and have been told someone will contact me to sort this out but still waiting for someone to contact me. Once they have your money, they don't care about you!
