Not responding and don’t refund funds

Hi all

I tried working through Noko financial services to get my debt review flag removed. They made all kinds of promises that they can do it and could help reduce old debt by 50%. I paid instalment and after that they spun a story that they could not assist anymore. I canceled the contract and requested a re-fund. Since than i have not heard anything from them and even the consultant that assisted me is not replying. When i send an email to them the email returns and says the email address is incorrect and i am sending to the same address that the legal department communicated with me.

Who can i speak to to report these people even if i don't get the money back they should at least be legally prosecuted
