Please do not use Noko Financial Services if you do not want Hassles

Paid Noko Financial Services over R9000 to remove me from Debt Review which they said was sorted (I saw no paperwork to this effect) and to my surprise 6 months later when I tried to buy a car, I was told that I was under DR so the interest would be high. I contacted Noko at least 50 times in the last 6 months to sort this out but the lady with my file, Lerato, is just *********** and gets nothing done or arranged. This week when I called her again, as they promise they will call you but never do, I asked if I could speak with her supervisor and she had excuses and told me if I paid another R5500, she would remove my DR. This after already having paid R9000! They are just ****sters and good for nothing. Please do not use them if you want a hassle free process.
