Debts council

In 2023 I sign with them to help me to reduce my debts, they did deducted from my salary for six to eight months,and to find out that their not paying my debts, since that year 2023 I called them to cancel my because am paying my debts direct without any help of them. I would like them to remove my name on their debts council and tried to call them no answer please help
