Customer Complaint :Nova 4K Ultra Hd Media streamer( Playback Failed ) Request for a replacement or refund . I'm writing to report an issue with my TV box, which I purchased from Hi-Fi Corporation. Unfortunately, the device is faulty, displaying a "Playback failed" error message constantly on all the apps. I've tried troubleshooting and restarting the device, but the problem persists. *Details:* - Product: Nova 4K Ultra Hd Media streamer - Purchased from: Hi-Fi Corporation Mams mall - Date of purchase: 08 August 2025 - Error message: "Playback failed" - Troubleshooting steps taken: restarted, checked connections as it is connected via Lan cable, checked possible solutions on u tube, updated software - SN : NOVA10231019110 I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this issue. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a replacement or refund for the faulty device. - Proof of purchase-bank statement if needed lost slip - have not yet communicated with the store Have already completed an after sales form on Friday 03 /10/2025 Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Please let me know what steps I need to take next.

Its absolutely incredible to me when a large company just do not care at all about the customers that support them. We own at home and in our business several Yealink Voip phones. Some of them use AAA Rechargeable batteries. You cant use any type in it as phone rejects it. Yealink even mentions this in the manual. I sent them over a week ago sales@nology.co.za a customer support request to ask where to buy the correct type and if can be purchased from them. Well what do you know they just blatantly ignore their customers. It seems being a large company gives them the right no to give customer service to their customers. Very very sad.

In July 2019 I purchased as TV box. After setting it up the box I connected a usb hdd which did not work. I tried all the settings given by Nology and did not work. I then left it thinking the unit does not connect to external hdd by what information given to me by Nology. Then only in march I contacted Nology again to see if there was any updates to get the usb hdd connected. Which again no luck. Still was told the the unit is for peripheral devices only. After a few days I was asked to send the unit to Tech.co.za so it could be checked out. Once the unit was tested it and found not working. They replaced my box and confirmed there was a problem with the unit.

I phoned in as an irate customer because my router has been giving me problems and got through to Khomotso Mokala. She was friendly, efficient and a joy to deal with. She sent me the information I required via email and my problem has been sorted out. Thank you so much for having someone like this on your team. Keep up the good work.

I am part of and ISP Company<br> <br> One of our clients have been having an issue with a vdsl router for the past 6 months.<br> This product have been costing our company a great deal of money , driving up and down to get this router to and from the client and back to the reseller.<br> Even after swapping out the router we sill have the same issue.<br> Still no resolution to the problem.
