Nonya Properties refusing to refund us our Deposit

Nonya properties took over management of our flat which was being managed by Mafadi proterties and they decided to chase us out of the flat we rented for 4 years.Its been over 2 months now and still they haven't refunded us our deposit.Seems the company is being run by in competent employees.On the day we moved out ,the person who had confirmed by email that he was coming over to do the take back inspection didn't pitch up and we were informed that he was on holiday.Take back inspection only happened a month after we had moved out.We have been begging them to refund us our deposit with no luck
