Very bad service they had my account locked since last year even today I’m still going up and down trying to get it unlocked 😏

They have the worst service. I've not been getting my allowances ever since I registered on their system. When I fall them , they don't puck up calls. On emails they reply with the same replies. I asked them to release my allowances and they told me that I'm not on their system while I've registered on their system. They've been doing this since Aoril and someday when you call them, they pick up your calls but don't talk with you but rather chitchat together. I have all the recordings for their calls , as I knew no one would believe me. This is my ID number 0510160252084 . I've also written on Twitter, it's been long and I need my money. It's exam time but they don't even consider that. Really they're the worst

Please answer your phones on 0800233759!!! It has been three days. Your answering service claims that you have high call volumes and we need to send a Whatsapp to 0725573085. You dont answer this either. Been three weeks now. The same on support@norraco.co.za or your online email message service. This is totally ridiculous. Students sit without access to their allowances as you have to verify three documents (KYC) in your world to allow them to have access to much needed funds!! This you cannot do in three weeks. ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND ANSWER YOUR ONLINE SERVICES AS YOUR ADVERTISE STUDENTS TO DO. If you cannot keep up with the service/tender service delivery please hand it to someone who can. This is totally totally unacceptable. I need my daugter's docs verified to allow her access to her NSFAS allowance funds. Reply to this message very urgently.

How this company was chosen is shocking,I transferred funds on Saturday and Sunday ,only the funds on Sunday were paid yesterday,when u call them they tell u to whatsapp but they never read our messages,now how must we survive in school without food,emails are not responded to,this company is the worst and it takes students for granted

The call center personnel is always rude, they will always tell you your matter will be forwarded to WhatsApp, it's been 4 days since I withdrew my funds to my other account, they are not willing to help and they continue to ***** from student every chance they get

I am still waiting for them to open my account as NSFAS Paid my funds to them... I sent a video of myself holding my ID, I don't know if they are ****mers or what... Very very poor service.

Hi there my child is using norraco for her nsfas fund.Yesterday she login to their system only to find that all her balance is gone with no explanation.I tried calling them but there was no answer.their line always says line busy.Im so frustrated at them because my child need to use that money.
