Kfc *****ing money for bad services
Very bad serice very bad food poor manager and area manager. I came after a 16 hour workday and find to be treated like a fool and half cooked chicken half pealed and ordered gravy then get mash and gravy and all the oil and food was served cold pap that was half raw. I thru it straight to the dustbin and went to bed hungry

I regret booking at this place, the owner or the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and disrespectful
I regret booking at this place, the owner or the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and disrespectful. They treat guests like school kids, controlling movements and also who can come to visit. We where charged R1500 breakage fee which was refunded 15 days later, Honestly speaking it's really not a nice place to book, difficult person to deal with, even the security guys know him. I will never bother booking here again.

I regret booking at this place, the owner or the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and disrespectful. They treat guests like school kids, controlling movements and also who can come to visit. Unfairly treated
I've made a booking with the establishment on the 11 July for check in on the 25 November and check out 28 November, I've paid in deposit of R1500.00, due to unforseen circumstances, I've canceled the dates but requested the establishment not to refund me I'll change the dates. It was agreed, now that I have new dates, the establishment is fully booked for my dates, they refuse to refund me they say they keep my money for whenever I want to visit. This is unfair, o have a right to cancel and be refunded if they don't have availability for my dates. Please assist me
