Poor Service
I am (was) a loyal supporter of North face luggage. As I believe them to be good quality. and they are NOT CHEAP<br> I travel a lot and my suitcase broke. Suitcase originally purchase at Duesouth, but now North Face has a store in CW. When I took it into Duesouth to see if they can repair it, the salesman said North Face has a shop in CW now see if they can help. As Duesouth has to courier it (for my expense) to North Face in Johannesburg.<br> The salesperson at the North face store was so unhelpful and just kept saying NO, he can't help me take it to Duesouth.<br> He was rude and a poor ambassador for your brand. He did not even attempt to assist. All my questions was answered by \take it to duesouth\"<br> Whether I buy a North face product in CPT, UK, or anywhere in the world I should be assisted in any North face store.<br> I am disappointed in the brand. I hope you get this sorted for me otherwise you have lost a customer. (not sure if it matters to you)"
