Responsive service for quick help.
I have been assisted by Lucky, Daniel and Brett on short notice on several occasions. They go out of their way to help you get back on the trail. It is much appreciated when there are businesses where you have to book it in days before.

Welcoming service
You are invited to enter with your bike along the ramp leading to the entrance and unlike most other bike shops, it doesn't take long to receive personal attention. One day I bought a bottom bracket but didn't have the tools to replace it. When asked whether it would be possible to borrow a toothed wrench, the mechanic replaced the part there and then at no extra charge as a favor. The shop is quite organised with divisions for showroom, apparel, accessories, tools, and spares. There are ample parking space outside, away from the main road but the location is also conveniently accessible from quiet back roads by bike.

Great customer service and going the extra mile.
I booked a bike build with Northcliff cycles, to move components from one bike to another. Fabian Valsecchi was the technician. The shop had a particularly busy day and the bike was not ready. Fabian called to apologise and ask if he could deliver the bike to my house later. He worked to after 19h00 on a Friday to make sure the job was done and that I had the bike for the weekend to ride.<br> On top of this, the manager (Andy) and Fabian offered me used parts instead of new ones to save me money.<br> Great service and definitely going the extra mile!
