I enquired online about a car and within minutes a sales person contacted me (Vela), brought the car for a test drive to Centurion, asked about a Bluetooth unit for music streaming and that was thrown into the deal for free, Vela was always there and responded very helpful, can recommend him and the branch any time. Good Show!!!

Northcliff Nissan made an offer on my car through Weelee. They outbid a few very good offers. We arranged an appointment after battling to get hold of Henry: the contact person. Not answering calls or whatsapps or emails. Took the vehicle in, nobody knew about me and Henry was not at work. After evaluating my vehicle they said they are not interested because of 2 minute paint spots. I fixed all the scartches through an insurance accredited panelbeater. I took the car back to the panelbeater and they fixed the problem. Emailed them back saying all is in order and were told they are not interested in my car at all. So why make an offer when you do not want my car ??? They offered me R271 600. Weelee said it is a bad idea to list my car again as people will think there is a problem. Because of them I lost R26 000 on my car as I had to trade it in. I am really unhappy and think they were extremely unprofessional. The service I received from Henry was terrible !!!!

I took in my Nissan Almera 2017 on Monday morning after the mulfunction light had been on since Friday. Mark assisted me and I was told there is a water in the left back light causing a short circuit hence the beeping sound. The car was taken by a mechanic for a review and was told I will have to pay from my pocket because the car looks like it has had some work done therefore warrant won't cover the repairs. Mark promised to give me repairs pricing, I followed up with him yesterday (Tuesday) he took my numbers down promised to give me feedback and I haven't heard from him since. Really poor customer service.

I have used northcliff Nissan to service two vehicles over the last four years and continue to use them as I have only received great service, especially the team behind the counter. Thank you

After having bought what was sold to me as a "new" vehicle, I discovered pieces of sellotape on the front bumper (clearly someone didn't do a proper job covering up their tracks). When inquiring this with the lady that sold me the vehicle, not only was Melinda Erasmus dismissive, it seemed like she thought I was making all of this up. I finally took the car to Nissan Witbank for an independent inspection and they confirmed my suspicions, stating that there was overspray visible on two different spots on the front bumper. Even after all of this I was appalled at Northcliff Nissan's refusal to resolve this matter or let alone help me understand why there was spray and body work done on the vehicle or even why it was sold to me as a brand new car. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not only did they refuse to acknowledge my problem , they also even refused to assist even after I proved to them that my problem is real. I don't trust Northcliff Nissan anymore and I would advise everyone buying a "new" car from them to make certain they are not being scammed!

Terrible Terrible service ! Worst dealership to buy from ! I recently bought a Nissan Micra privately sold by a salesman named Phillip Blauuw but on Nissan's dealership floor, and was told the car is in perfect condition, nothing wrong and recently serviced. None of that was true ! The car had been serviced 10 000 kms ago and everything was wrong with it ! I've spent over R10 000 fixing this car and it still didnt pass roadworthy ? How , as a dealership, do you sell a car that is half broken and lie to your customer about everything? When contacting him about the problems which started the day after i bought the car he refused to help and blocked me. I advise everyone to not buy from this dealership !

My car was broken down and towed to the dealership. When it was approved to be fix Nissan Sa I asked Nissan northcliff for a courtesy vehicle. This is Nissan sa policy . After sales manager Jerris Hammam in a rude way told me he does not have a vehicle for me an it is not Nissan northcliff policy I can phone Nissan sa an complain if I like . When I picked my vehicle up the service advisor Gertruida Van Der Westhuizen cold a rude . I have raised the matter with Nissan Sa and they have contacted the dealership up to this day no communication from Nissan northcliff. The customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Last week i wean to nissan northcliff to look for a vehicle, i was confronted at the entrance by one of there friendly sales executive, and i have been asked what i am looking for, then i told them i am looking for some cheep vehicle, and they told me that tommorow they will have volvo for R55000, and if i am interested its better to come tomorrow to view it. But that what surprise me most was that none one of there vehicles has price on it, i ask the sales executive why there is no prices on the cars-and he told me that this is for the reason for better communication with there clients????? i waen back there next day to view the volvo, and i look for the same sales executive, but he wasn't there-other sales executive told me that he will only be back next week, so i have explained to his college that i am here to view the Volvo for R55000 , and the guy told me that the volvo is already here and the price is R50000 - not R55000, so i was so heppy to hear that, as i was busy looking at the vehicle, my wife she text me and she sad that the same volvo is advertised on olx vehicle side by nissan northcliff for R39900 , and she send me i picture of there ad, so i have asked the sales executive if he is sure about the price- and says yes- this is the price R50000 , then i showed him the ad and he apologized for it, and he says that the price on the ad is corect - R39900, so that's what is called better communication with there clients!!! But that's not all what i experienced at nissan northcliff, there is more: The same sales executive told me that if i don't like the volvo there is honda jazz available for R65000, but the car is not there at the moment because he send it for valley wash and will be back in 2 hours time. So i sad to my self lets look the honda as well and will decide if i will go for the volvo of R39900 , or honda of R65000. Then i asked the sales executive to call me when the honda arrives, and i will come to view it and i left. In hour later i receive phone call from nissan northcliff that the honda is there and i can come and view it, so wean there again- and guess what- the sales executive told me that he made mistake again and the price of the honda is R80000+ on the road cost- i couldn't believe what i hear, so i just left and will never ever go near nissan dealership again. at the moment the honda is advertised on olx vehicle side by 2 different sales executive from nissan northcliff: Melinda - R69000 nish - R79000 Thank you for your communication with your clients nissan northcliff
