Andre Nel promised to pay me back part of my deposit as there was not enough water on my property to make a well point.

Andre Nel has been a great disappointment to me.

I was very eager to get a well point​.

All I want to do is to warn people who would like to use him DO NOT PAY for half the deposit.

I should have been much more careful and just paid him for the labour of R2000.00 so if there was no water it would have been satisfactory for both parties.

Andre Nel convinced me to give him half of the amount as a deposit (R6500.00) and if there was no water he would reimburse me the money (R4000.00) I was foolish to listen to him!!!

Well, he has been promising to reimburse me for over a month and he is just a cheat and a liar.
