Please avoid Northumberland Park Flats

This block of flats are like hell on earth. When all other flats around this block have electricity, this block would go up to 26hours without electricity. This happens at least twice a month. This results in security risks, food spoils, WiFi not working, etc. Water shortages, although not too frequent are a regular occurrence here.
