You will not receive your product! The website looks great and legit- don't fall for this. You won't get a refund. Honestly i should read these reviews and not ordered. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE. You will lose your money!!

Complete **** - do not throw your money away! Handbag ordered in 23 December 2023. Acknowledged order #2645 and payment but not shipped. More than a month later I'm not even getting responses to emails.

This website is a ****!!!! Do not trust this site! I bought two pairs of sandals from Nova Cape Town a month ago. I still have not received my order and despite sending three emails, I have had no response from them either. I wish I had done my homework on this company before spending my money with them.

This website is a ****!!!! Do not trust this site! I bought two pairs of sandals from Nova Cape Town a month ago. I still have not received my order and despite sending three emails, I have had no response from them either. I wish I had done my homework on this company before spending my money with them.

Do not order from Nova Bags it is a ****! I ordered and paid on 26 April, however I haven’t received my product yet. When I requested a refund my emails returned back to sender. Do not trust this company!

Do not order from Nova Bags it is a ****! I ordered and paid on 26 April, however I haven’t received my product yet. When I requested a refund my emails returned back to sender. Do not trust this company!

Nova Bags ****
I ordered a bag in May and received confirmation of the payment. The bag has not arrived despite emails requesting update. I received only one reply saying that the bag had been shipped. Yesterday I sent another email which bounced back as address unknown. This company has disappeared from Facebook. Sadly, I have been ****med out of my money.

Awful company to deal with . Do not buy !
False advertising as being Cape Town- it’s in fact in china . If one wants to return an item you have to ship back to china ta your expense which is more than the item is worth. So clearly no one will send back. The bag I bought isn’t in keeping with what is advertised . Misleading advertising. So only option remains to try and sell it locally on a platform . **** off note ! Should have read the reviews here before I ordered . Lesson learnt ! I wonder if the advertising standards authority has any power against them ?

Poor quality Novabags
