They are **** artists. Don’t purchase anything from Novela. Bought something advertised online and when received it was not like that advertised so retuned it to address on delivery via Postnet. Checked that item was delivered and to date no refund was given (8 months).

This company is a complete ****. No phone numbers available. Apparently so the can have a record of communication. Ive had 1 response in 3 weeks to make the usual excuses "Stock is on the way from the Warehouse as we Speak". then no further contact after that again. Found them through an Instagram Ad. They're not on Instagram anymore - must've been removed due to multiple complaints. It is now 3 weeks after purchase and products still haven't arrived. They should be Blacklisted by Credit Card Companies.

Please don't buy anything from this company. I purchased something that was falsely advertised and when I wanted to return the product I couldn't get a proper address out of them nor a contact number. I have 2 days left before my 30 days are over and I cannot get hold of them. Biggest ****mers

WARNING Novela is not ethical - do not buy from them!
I want to warn people not to buy from Novela! They are dishonest and do not honour their word. They claim to have a full refund within 30 days guarantee when in fact they keep the returned goods and do not refund you! I ordered something on Black Friday sale last year and it was not as described. I contacted them and made plans to return the goods via courier. The goods were safely delivered and then I neve received my refund. I kept asking and every excuse under the sun was made to me. Eventually I had to log a dispute with my bank and they took it up with Visa who instituted the refund.

Helpful customer service
The customer support has been really helpful. I ordered the easy wash mop and made a mistake with my address, I contacted them and was told that i must not worry and Samantha will arrainge the warehouse amends the address. Delivery took 3 days once that was resolved, and I am very happy with the product.

I ordered the foot massager and received a faulty device. I contacted customer service and spoke to Samantha, she was really helpful and arraigned a replacement to be sent through free of charge. I received it today and enjoying it. I just want to thank her for her great service!
