This bus is ****, I also blame shoprite because they selling their ticket, we waited on the 25th at parkstation from 7 until the bus came at 10pm while we were supposed to departure at 9h00. Only to find out that the bus is been arrested by the police as it not renting at parkstation. I advise don't buy tickets it a ****

Disgusting Service. I had such a bad experience with PicknPay . I booked a Bus Ticket with they ****mers 3rd party campany they work with call @NozuluTransLux.. Bus didn't come on the 19th we were told Nozulu did not released Bus to dbn station, we were then told we need to pay extra r300 for @Greyhound since it was the last bus at 10.30pm. Till now I have not received my Refund of the R280 What ******* service is this . The reviews on lime on the bus campany are so bad. I want my money back. Yesterday I was stuck park station for another 9 hours as I had used my last r300 to get me soweto. I'm so ****ed for the level of disregard to your paying clients. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Even yesterday I was promised a call from the PicknPay Pavillion manager . Nothing. This is bad for your brand and worst customer experience ever

I booked this bus on the 12 Of May from Dbn to Jhb for 9 oclock late I thought it was an excellent bus until I booked it. Ok this is what happened,,, I wanted to book the bus for the first time when I was about to pay they said they are not taking cards ok my partner said he will send cash send bcz the ATMs were not working for withdrawals. He did then I had R250 cash and the bus was R350 so the lady who worked for Nozulu said they can book a ticket for me then on the way to Jhb I will have to withdraw and pay the remaining R100. Right then when the bus was about to depart the guy who works as an assistant calls out my name loudly soo and said "Where is Cele N "? Then I said I'm here , then he said can u pls get out of the bus cs you are owing R100 the way I was soo embarrassed mind u he was just at the front next to the driver and I was at the back of a bus. If that's how you guys train your staff you will loose customers. It was my first and my last time. Pls teach your staff about professionalism..... I was soo lucky cs the lady that was sitting next to me said she will pay for me then she did then when we gt to Montrose I replaced her money. If it wasn't for this kind lady I was gonna be stranded that night cs of that guy who works there as an assistant who bullies people

I booked this bus on the 12 Of May from Dbn to Jhb for 9 oclock late I thought it was an excellent bus until I booked it. On the 5th Feb 2024 I booked a Bus from Durban to Pretoria. For 21:00 pm when we arrived in Johannesburg Park station the Bus Driver refused to take us to Pretoria and he said he wasn’t told that he will go to Pretoria as well. I produced booking slip with details that I booked from Durban to Pretoria, wathi NGIKHULUMA AMASIMBA NGIMTSHELA INDABA YE***A, NGIZOKWEHLISA EBHASINI. This is how you talk to your customers???????????????? The bus restriction nu JC 89 VC GP

I hope the owner of Nozulu Lux Liner will come back to me . The service at park station is the worst I ever experienced . Your staff is unprofessional. The phone numbers that you advertised is all 3 does is not on the network . Everything about this bus service is a ? Mark . Your office at park station can even give a person a straight answer . This should not even be on the road

on Friday the 26/05/2023 we bought two tickets to Durban from Johannesburg. Linda, the ticket sales lady told us to go to ilse no 1. when we got there, there was a man dressed in black, I believe it is her accomplice!!! who checked my tickets and told us to enter the bus. when we got to Heidelberg, two gentleman approached us and told us that they do not work with Nozulu, so we had to pay or they leave us there around 10:00 pm. we tried calling Nozulu's number appearing on the tickets and both the number did not go through. we ended paying R720.00 again! we got to Durban, try to speak to the lady Linda Via her Durban branch. she was so rude and told us that she doesn't understand as to how wed could have bought the tickets as her bus was full and only had 1 seat. We got the Owners number and on Tuesday the 30/05/2023 i spoke to him via Whatsapp. The owner takes Linda's side and saying that he will compensate only 50% of R700.00 we have highlighted that his number on the tickets doesn't work and he doesn't seem to care! This business should be operating from park station as this is a *****ulent activity. worse experience and i would not recommend this doggy liner to anyone. people be careful of this ****!!!!!!!!
