They have been terrible to deal with when buying our house. First off when we wanted to put in an offer to purchase we were just sent a blank form and no help offered. This house was sold with none of the required COCs having been done. When we moved in we never heard from the state agent until threatening them with legal action because the house was non compliant with gas, electrical and electric fence. The estate agent has only been interested in giving service to the seller. We were promised our building plans which also have not been received. The Conveyancing attorneys we were forced to use are related to the Owner of the estate agents. We received last minute delays which resulted in us having to pay occupational rent. We also received an email from the state agent trying to force us to pay for all the services while we paying for occupational rent when the offer to purchase clearly stated that we only had to pay for water and electricity. Then she also tried to get us to pay the water bill from 2 months before we moved in and is advising the previous owner sue us. Terrible service and experience. Avoid the estate agents!

Terrible Service and No Accountability from NPPM Properties We rented a property through NPPM Properties and from the moment we moved in (last year), we experienced nothing but poor service. Despite numerous requests, not a single repair was carried out during our entire stay. We moved out at the Mid March 2025 and made sure the unit was thoroughly cleaned. After the final inspection, we were told everything was in order except for one wall that needed minor repair due to TV mount holes. We promptly fixed it, and the inspection agent confirmed all was acceptable. We were informed that the deposit refund would take up to 30 days. It’s now well past that timeframe and we’ve still received nothing. We have to keep calling them, only to be transferred from one person to another with no real answers. We're constantly told someone will call us back with an update — but no one ever does. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. We feel completely ignored and misled. It’s frustrating to be treated this way after being responsible tenants. Avoid NPPM Properties if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Let me know if you want it toned down, more assertive, or adjusted in any way.

The most unprofessional, rude and *********** managing agency that I have delt with to date. They are not following ethical accounting principles. The owner herself swears at you if you ask them to correct a mistake on a statement from their side. Do not use them to manage your property, they are bad for your business!!!!

We had a very bad experience. The Agent in Zeerust North West only paid R660 into our account today after we had to phone her. We paid electricity Dep. As well. We paid more than R6000 Dep and we moved out of the house last year End Oct 2023. They did not even have our banking details. We had to give it again. We had proof . Photos off how the propetry looked like when we moved in . It look bad. The swimmingpool was black. We took photos of pool before we moved out beacause it was blue and we had people working for us that We paid in the garden and in the house to maintain the place. .This agent is rude and even after we had a break-in in the house. We did let her know she quickened it and said there has never been a break in before. It was thamitizing for my kids because our dog got poisoned and died when they broke in. The agent only insulted us .We will never buy a home from this agents. We bought a place but not in Zeerust.

The agent in Zeerust North West used my Deposit to fix things in house that was broken after we moved out. Before we moved in the pool looked like a dam. We even send photos and the yard was emty for very long. The yard we had to clean and the swimming pool. Now that we moved out . The agent got garden services to clean the yard. But they never did it for us before we moved in. We did leave them a clean pool and garden.We even had a brake in when we stayed there. When we told the agent about it she questioned it . We had to send the police case number .The agent even said that we did not pay the Deposit.. I had to send the proof after the one agent put the phone down in my ear. I had the phone on voice record and every one could hear it. This agent **** and said I through the phone down in her ear This agent can not be trusted. We had a real bad experience. My family member wanted to sell their house in Krugersdorp . They wanted to make use of them . But after what happend to us they decided to use someone els.

I have never in my life had such terrible service in my life they have no idea what they are doing there agents donot communicate and there after rental service is shocking. Thier maintaince team is rude and has no idea what they are doing what ever you do dont ever use them
