Struggling actively for a month with support. 2 and a half months with unstable internet connection. NO communication effort on their part. They accuse you of not answering the phone after multiple attempts were made to call you. They ONLY phone once and close a ticket if you don't answer. 80% of the tech support agents are clueless. They read the heading of the ticket and try to figure it out starting from "do a speed test" for (not kidding!) 8 times. This is Losertel, not Herotel.

Had my service transferred from one home to another which too about 10 days for response,After eventually getting this done had totally erratic connection Been trying another week to get the, out to repair but without success Now received a letter confirming my service suspended as I have not paid R500 fee.Quite ridiculous to say the least to suspend a service I have never had

What a pathetic service. Their router broke down hardly six months and stayed for 5 days without service and billed full amount. Replace Thier router and charged me 1250 for their own router. In my own town Herotel replaced routers of white people for free and decided to charge me, how inconsistent??. Their contract is contradictory and manipulative cause it says the router is their for the first 12 months but if it is broken( not me breaking it) for reasons beyond my control, that I must pay for it and claim from my insurance. How is it possible that I should claim for their own property? I am still left stranded without WiFi, it's for three weeks now. Their service is very very poor and they are not even providing options for me to take this matter up. My account is: NTLEH008.

I have been without internet for four days. The company is prioritizing new customers, they don't care about an existing customer. How can the technicians be in my neighbourhood to do new installations, but not attend to my internet outage.

The worst billing service ever. Be careful of this company. They claim to change their billing system, which they claim to inform you of, only to result in so many unauthorized deductions from your account. If you dont like unauthorised debits on your account, STAY AWAY FROM THIS

I had some slow download issues for the first time in more than 2 years. i reported the problem to engineer Louis who worked tirelessly to ensure my download speed was returned to normal. Thanks for the commendable service each time I interact with your company. Keep it up!
