Scammers

This flippen people are scammers along with the courier company they are using I ordered 3 boxes last week and then I had to pay a insurance fee of R350 which my total then came to R1350. The day my eggs had to be delivered they called me saying I have to pay an extra R500 for the extra two boxes and I refused as I ordered 3 boxes and not 5 up until today I received no eggs and now they refusing to refund me and declines my calls even ignores my whatsapp messages
