paid and delivered a life threatening marquee

We ordered a glass marquee for a wedding this weekend 20th October We contracted Ntsemi Glass and Aluminium. Represented by Lungile. he failed to deliver the glass marquee that was order and pitched a structure that was life threatening to the bridal couple and their guests. we have relentlessly tried to get the couple's money back but to no avail. They built a tent structure and never tested it and delivered such a structure for people to use for their event. Lungile lied about being able to deliver and was drunk and in professional on site.

He failed to apologise and worst refund the client.

do.not use Ntsemi Glass aluminium for any of your events or home improvements. They under estimated a project that was beyond them and failed to deliver almost ruining our clients wedding.
