Incompetent, unreliable, useless team. Delays and inaccurate measurements during installation. Quartz tops were measured incorrectly and additional payments by us had to be made directly to the Quartz company. Quartz had to be joined because of Idalette's incorrect measurements. Patching and incorrect gloss colour on doors. These were corrected but caused delays with installation of cooker and oven. Truly a nightmare experience. NKI numerous times requested full payment before complete installation. Calling it 'cash flow problems'. Yet a 60% deposit secured this installation. Poor workmanship, false promises and delayed installation on a R269 000 kitchen (excluding cooker and oven) Don't let their claim on 25 years experience fool you! Stay away from this crowd. Calls are not being answered after final payment was made. Therefor no final adjustments because of no answer by Idalette or Anchen.
