Angry and unhappy
Nu season is a **** i bought 5-Piece Stainless Steel Cooking Sufurias Set - Durable & Secure × 1 pots on line from Nu Season on the 20 August 2024 they took my money to date i haven't received the pots.

Unhappy with Nu-season
Good Day i purchased an adjustable posture correctingv belt. when received the box was slightly torn and when openedthe one lower belt was missing, i have sent numerous email requesting them to pick up the item and refund my mones or to deliver the missing belt. To date ive had NO response. Cannot get hold of them via phones, only by email to sales. Please do not order from them. how can an online business run without contact info. is this legal.

Nu Season seems to be running an online ****, ordered a headboard months ago. I followed up numerous times with sales*****eason.co.za. I was told that the headboard was in the process of being built. Eventually, the responses stopped. I have received no headboard to date. Is there any way to get a refund from them? Can HelloPeter get the authorities involved?

this is a **** site, don't buy from them. they rep**** to a few emails, then just went quiet. they took my money and only after pestering them for weeks did, they send the items but only sent half of the order.

Nu Season, Gauteng. I placed an order (NU2294) and made payment on 8 July 2024. After numerous email queries, and emails about delivery process, etc. from the Nu Season Support Team, as well as an email from them that they're awaiting stock on certain items, I eventually requested a refund on 7 August 2024. By email they promised a refund payment within 4 working days which never happened. Now the website is shut down.. saying they're making changes to the website and will be back soon. This has been the worst experience and a total waste of money. I'm convinced that the business doesn't exist and that this person is a ****mer! Do not ever buy from this business

Bad service
I have placed a order on the 19/08/2024 NU3255. I have send an email on the 27/08/2024 to follow up on my order as they stated delivery would take 7 to 10 days. I only received a reference number that stated I would get assistance within 48 hours. It's almost a month now and still I did not get my order or a reply from Nu Season. I did not get a tracking number or even update on the process of my order. I cannot complain about the service, as there is no service. There website is also down since then.
