Going the extra mile with a great product

As a person that is to lazy to read I totally got the instructions wrong and didn't use my product as I should've. I contacted Nu-Tan at 11pm not e pecting any reply as it was so late, I got a reply within seconds asking for my nr. Few seconds later I got a call and the lady took me step by step through the process until I understood everything 100%. Now three weeks later I have a great tan and I just love it. I would suggest Nu-Tan to everyone! Customers should just take the time to read and if they do not get it right, just contact them. They always assist their clients.
